KAZ Tower

// The Mosaic development is located in a historic part of Sussex Street in Sydney’s CBD. The unique façade resulted from a parametric calculation of reflected sun onto the site in order to maximise solar amenity. This geometry is then translated into the masonry podium base, which, in turn responds to the nearby warehouses. The result is a vibrant contemporary example of urban infill.
