01 / General

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of our website (“Website”) and the images, photos, information, video, graphics, software, text, creative suggestions and other materials contained on our website that are protected by intellectual property or proprietary rights (the “Content”).  By using the Website you agree to be legally bound and to abide by these Terms of Use, just as if you had signed an agreement containing these Terms of Use. If you do not comply with these Terms of Use at any time, we may cancel or terminate your access to the Website.

MMAD Productions owns or is the licensor of all of the intellectual property rights in and to the Website and the Content. Subject to these Terms of Use, MMAD Productions grants to you a non-exclusive and non-transferable personal license to access and use the Website.

         x)  Use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use.

04 / Website Registration and Privacy

To access and use certain services and areas of our Website, (email inquiry) you must first complete a website generated email form. The registration form requires you to provide your E-mail address.  Beyond user driven inquiries and communications we do not send mailouts or subscription based mailers.  If you provide us with your personal information and later decide that you do not want to receive any further information about our services and products please let us know. You can do this via email m@studiommad.com.au advising us that you do not wish to receive any future communications of any type from MMAD Productions.

05 / Privacy

MMAD Productions respects your privacy and the security and integrity of your personal information. We do this by regulating the way in which we collect, use, disclose, hold and destroy your personal information. We ensure that your personal information remains confidential and is only used for appropriate purposes.

Sometimes we may place links on the Website which let you leave our Website in order to access a linked website. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the availability of any linked sites or resources, and do not endorse any content, advertising, products, or other materials, goods or services on or available from any linked sites or resources.

Except as provided by law, the Website is provided ‘as is’ and without any warranty or condition, express or implied.  MMAD Productions does not warrant and expressly disclaims that:

          ii) information obtained on the Website is accurate, reliable, complete or suitable for your purposes; or defects will be corrected.

          iii) any software, services, website or server(s) on which the services and website are hosted are free of viruses or other harmful components.

09 / Governing Law and Choice of Forum

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the state of New South Wales, Australia. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to your use of the Website or these Terms of Use shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in New South Wales and that you consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.
