// Penny’s Cheese Shop is a specialist retailer of cheese and cheese products showcasing producers and suppliers from Sydney, regional NSW and beyond. Growing and relocating into a a larger, highly visible shop, Penny had to balance the existing interior workspace, larger footprint and specific mechanical requirements whilst still meeting future storage, display and event hosting goals.

Future storage and merchandise displays were considered for staged development as the young business grows.  This included a mix of open and closed storage, wine display and the ability to host cheese tastings and boutique events as well as outdoor seating - a must for indulging in a famous cheese toastie or people watching in the Cross.
