PROPOSED NEW RESIDENCE

// This urban site is home to a modest brick post war home and small granny flat, but the current main house was in need of numerous updates for the large modern family - so an entirely  new modern dwelling was proposed.  The brief included a sub-level dual garage, private upstairs retreat and compact, but voluminous interiors.
